I am the Property Rental / Office Manager and responsible for the management of the Rental Department and office for Scoggins Realty Company for over (25) Twenty Five years. I am a most capable manager with approximately (35) Thirty Five years of experience in the rental business. I have been the property manager with a profile of over 2,000 rental units, to include apartment complexes, with on-site managers under my supervision. I have Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice, an Associate’s Degree in Corrections, and a licensed Realtor. I have always been very firm but fair in any dealings with property management.
